If you are experiencing a connection emergency and are unable
to connect to MicroStaffer you may also call our data
center at DNS (Digital Networking Systems) at:
- Unable to connect to server or continually being
disconnected from server.
- Unusual slowness such as
freezing and unusual hour glassing.

support issues please call the 800 number above.
After-hours and weekend support is
available via text messaging. All calls into your
support center received after-hours or on weekends and
holidays are forwarded via Text message to our on-call
support staff and will result in a prompt call-back.

Upgrades are available for all customer with active software
maintenance subscriptions. These
download upgrades are intended only for self-hosting customers.
Web based sytems do not require any upgrades as all upgrades
are installed by our support staff directly.
To download the latest upgrades you must
have a valid customer login and password. If you do not have a current
maintenance account or do not know your login credentials for
the downloads area, please contact your account manager, or
request one online.
You will receive your account login and password once we
verify your information.
